Your Job

Reporting directly to the Ad Ops Director, you will join the engine room of Sparteo’s advertising strategy. Your mission is to assist in the planning and execution of multi-format campaigns (Video, Audio, Display, and CTV). You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring that our advertising tools meet the highest industry standards while collaborating closely with Sales, Data, and Tech teams to maximize performance.

To specify

  • Campaign Execution & Trafficking

    • Multi-Format Setup: Assist in configuring and launching campaigns across various formats: Display, Video, Audio, and Connected TV (CTV).

    • Tool Management: Learn to master ad servers and SSP platforms to manage inventory effectively.

    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all creatives and tags are implemented correctly and comply with technical specifications before going live.

  •  Operational Excellence & Standards

    • Process Improvement: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our operational processes to ensure efficiency.

    • Industry Standards: Help ensure that all advertising tools used by Sparteo remain compliant with market standards (IAB standards, GDPR, etc.).

    • Troubleshooting: proactively identify tracking discrepancies or delivery issues and work with the Tech team to resolve them.

  • Data Analysis & Collaboration

    • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to assess inventory availability and with the Data team to analyze campaign delivery.

    • Reporting: Analyze data to track campaign performance, creating reports that help internal stakeholders understand key metrics.

Your profile for this job
  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, IT, E-commerce, or equivalent.

  • Tech Appetite: Basic knowledge of ad servers or a strong willingness to learn ad-tech tools is a huge asset.

  • Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data (Excel proficiency is key).

  • Soft Skills: Curiosity to understand strategic concepts, strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • A strategic thinker with an 'AI-native' reflex, you excel at deconstructing business complexity into flawless operational blueprints. You don't just use AI; you design the structured documentation and logic flows that allow intelligent systems to execute our vision with precision

  • Languages: Strong oral and written communication skills in French AND English are mandatory.
