SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As the pharmaceutical industry accelerates its digital transformation, Customer Insights and Advanced Analytics have emerged as a core engine driving commercial strategy evolution. This role serves as a critical pillar of the company's Digital & AI strategy, carrying the strategic mandate to reshape customer engagement models through data intelligence and lead the organization's transition from an "experience-driven" to an "insights-driven" paradigm.
Positioned at the intersection of commercial strategy and analytical innovation, this role will lead the Customer Insights Analytics team, leveraging the full spectrum of customer interaction data to build a forward-looking insights ecosystem and advanced analytics capability. This will provide strategic-level decision support, enabling the company to establish differentiated competitive advantages in an increasingly complex market landscape. The role holder will serve as a strategic partner to each BU, deeply embedded in commercial planning, translating data intelligence into quantifiable business growth drivers, and ultimately establishing an industry-leading analytics intelligence ecosystem in the customer engagement domain.
We seek a leader who combines strategic vision, commercial acuity, and analytical depth — one who can not only discern the commercial logic behind the data, but transform it into future-oriented strategic action.
