Pay Range
$41.10 - $61.65Major Responsibilities· Create and manage user accounts and groups.
· Apply and manage Group Policy objects.
· Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory for replication and functionality.
· Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications like Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and CoPilot
· Troubleshoot and resolve user and service issues related to Microsoft 365 workloads, including access, permissions,
licensing, and CoPilot related functionality.
· Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.
· Understand and apply Microsoft 365 security best practices, including identity protection, access controls, and data
security configurations that support CoPilot usage.
· Document configurations, policies, and procedures.
· Provide end-user training on Microsoft 365 applications.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field experience.
Certification / License
Work Experience
2-4 years of experience in IT support, preferably with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
· Proficient in Active Directory administration and management.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and applications.
Minimum Job Requirements
· Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
· Knowledge of security best practices in both Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
· Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
