ROLE AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Business Analyst on the EVV Implementations team will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the project management domain, with a focus on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations within the tech and healthcare industries.
In addition, this role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of EVV-related projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. The position bridges business analysis and project execution to support successful implementation outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for EVV and project management initiatives
- Develop and present business cases and project proposals to drive operational excellence
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable deliverables for technical teams
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Support the planning and execution of EVV-related projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product, and external vendors
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements
- Assist with EVV onboarding efforts, including coordination with state partners and third-party vendors
- Develop documentation such as process flows, decision trees, and user guidance materials
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in healthcare technology
- Support a collaborative and productive team environment across cross-functional groups
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the tech industry, preferably with a focus on project management in healthcare
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with project management methodologies. PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Lucidchart experience is a plus
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech and healthcare environment
