Key Responsibilities
- Report Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Acumatica's Report Designer to provide actionable insights for various departments.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
- Dashboard Creation:
- Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards within Acumatica to facilitate real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify essential metrics and ensure dashboards meet business requirements.
- System Customization:
- Customize Acumatica ERP modules to align with business processes, including developing new functionalities and modifying existing ones.
- Manage third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system-related problems promptly.
- Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Acumatica features.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, reports, and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, including report writing, dashboard creation, and system customization.
- Proficiency in Acumatica's Report Designer and dashboard tools.
- Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with C# and .NET framework for customization projects.
- Familiarity with system integration and APIs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system integration and APIs.
- Familiarity with business processes in industries such as manufacturing and distribution.
- Acumatica certification(s) is a plus.
