Business Intelligence & Technology

  • Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reporting that provide timely insights into reserving, claims, experience studies, operational KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and implement technologies that improve actuarial processes and reporting.
  • Research AI-assisted development, automation, and modern development tools applicable to actuarial operations.
  • Establish coding standards, documentation, reusable code libraries, and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT on architecture, security, and enterprise technology standards while serving as the technical resource dedicated to the Actuarial Department.
