We are looking for a strong actuarial professional to join our Valuation Shared Service team, supporting model development, validation, and reporting across Asia while driving efficiency and robustness. You will play a key role in strengthening team capability while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. This role also offers the opportunity to lead initiatives on complex modeling challenges, manage projects, and provide flexible support to the wider valuation function.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Asia Country Lead in actuarial model and report review.  Provide advice on modeling approach and insights on the efficiency.

  • Provide training to junior staff on modeling skills, coaching and review their deliverables 

  • Lead up working group to deal with complex modeling problem.  Take up as owner for small scale project and drive the team to deliver results.

  • Provide ad-hoc modeling support to the team as resource pools if needed

Required Qualification:

  • Internationally recognized actuarial designation such as ASA/FSA/FCIA (or good progress on actuarial exams) and 2- 4 years' of actuarial experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to work with complex financial issues and concepts.

  • Strong communication skill, both written and oral. Able to translate technical reporting and audit requirements into common terminology

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with demanding deadlines.

  • Proactive attitude and good team player.
