Responsibilities:
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Delivery of Business-as-Usual (BaU) Outputs with analysis: Consistently deliver reporting outputs such as APE Reports, Business Review materials, PD0 templates, NBV by Channel, APE Forecasts, and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests from internal teams and Regional Office (RO).

- Planning technical process, focus on key value metrics derivation, including NBV, NB CSM, PRE, TGE, and CE IF17 basis.

- Deliver and analyze key value metrics for regional planning—such as APE, NBV, New Business CSM, Context, PRE, and consolidated summaries—to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare Presentation Materials with accurate data and analysis

- Support the tracking of key initiatives following the Planning process to ensure alignment and progress toward achieving the Plan targets

-Complying with various job desks assigned and able to deliver the work effectively while maintaining good communication with one another.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of actuarial work experience in Insurance or Financial Services
• Associate designation in any recognized actuarial organization (SOA, ASP), with meaningful progress towards Fellowship.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, VBA, Access), GGY AXIS, SQL, Qlikview, Python or similar programs
• Demonstrated experience in applying actuarial concepts to independently model and analyze actuarial financial metrics
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information, results, and recommendations to various levels across the organization.
• Strong ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, for self and others.
• Strong communication skill, both written and oral. Able to translate technical reporting and audit requirements into common terminology
• Proactive attitude and good team player.
