  • Produce quarterly and annual P&C reports on capital-based views of underwriting performance, such as sensitivity analysis for planning metrics and Booked ROE Report for the C-suite to support earnings prep

  • Maintain and enhance models used for capital attribution and ROE

  • Provide technical support to business partners using these models.

  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

  • Collaborate on RPM’s innovation efforts, including streamlining processes and enhancing capabilities

  • Support team efforts to leverage our recently modernized suite of models.

  • Improve our reporting framework, including automating processes and adding new capabilities.

  • Provide analytical support and respond to ad hoc requests

  • Develop deep understanding of capital concepts and apply them to business needs.
