What you will do:
The Actuarial Data Analyst is responsible for retrieving, validating, and preparing high quality data to support Actuarial Cashflow Projection Models and actuarial assumption setting. The role ensures accurate documentation of procedures and contributes to critical actuarial analysis and portfolio monitoring activities.
Your day-to-day:
• Extract data from core systems, Operations, and the DataWarehouse
• Perform data validation and resolve inconsistencies
• Prepare and maintain Portfolio Data for Actuarial Cashflow Projection Models
• Conduct analyses for portfolio experience and assumption setting
• Maintain updated documentation of processes and workflows
Job Responsibilities:
• Retrieve and validate data from core systems
• Develop and maintain Portfolio Data for actuarial models
• Analyze data to support experience monitoring and assumption updates
• Document methodologies and data processes
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Data, and Operations teams
• Support improvements to cross‑functional data processes
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits
Desired Qualifications:
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science
• Postgraduate studies in Statistics, Data Science, or Actuarial Science
• 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, Power BI
• Knowledge of SPSS
• Excellent English and MS Office skills
