Job Purpose
To assist Consulting Team with all aspects of consulting to our Clients, including the data validation, development and preparation of actuarial modelling and projections, and any related desk researches.
Roles and Responsibility
1. Develop and analyze robust calculation basis from members data, financial data, plan benefit polices and proposal for actuarial assumptions.
2. Develop and prepare the actuarial modelling and projections
3. Work with other team members (including senior consultants) to resolve clients’ issues and prepare a good presentation for actuarial report.
4. Prepare good project documentation in accordance with guideline and approved principles for good documentations.
5. Communicate and build a good business relationship with client
6. Prepare actuarial report as required
7. Understand and keep update on pension regulations
8. Assists any related desk researches related to projects done by Consultant Team
9. Supports Consultants team as required
10. Act based on Company's Procedures, Company's Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Practice Standards. Show highest Compliance
11. Responsible for relevant tasks assigned by Superior.
Job Specifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Actuarial Science with minimum GPA 3.5
Master’s Degree is a plus
Good understanding of MS. Office. Strong knowledge in MS. Excel & Macro
Strong time management skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Good written and spoken communication skills (in English and Bahasa)
Organized, able to prioritize, and possessing a sense of urgency.
Self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills
Good at working both individually and in a team.
Certifications
Completion of at least 3 (three) Actuarial Exams (PAI or Equivalent) is a value added
Work Experiences
0-3 years total of experience in Actuarial Discipline
Consulting Industry exposure is a plus. fresh graduates are welcome
