Geo Owl is seeking Active Geolocation Operators/Senior Mentors to support a critical mission in Augusta, GA. Operators will perform real-time, on-site operations using certified skills in both active and passive geolocation methodologies for SIGINT missions. In addition to mission execution, this role is responsible for mentoring junior operators, advancing tradecraft, and supporting training development. Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts as required.
ResponsibilitiesConduct time-sensitive active and passive geolocation operations to locate and track targets of interest.
Provide rapid, actionable results to supported units.
Mentor and train apprentice operators on systems, tradecraft, and TTPs.
Contribute to training resource development and tradecraft improvement.
Fuse geolocation results with other intelligence disciplines for comprehensive targeting support.
Maintain proficiency through current certifications and advanced qualifications.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Current certifications in basic operations and active/passive geolocation technologies.
Formal training or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign languages.
Experience executing advanced geolocation operations across multiple technologies.
Strong knowledge of TDOA/FDOA, direction finding, and multi-platform integration.
Ability and willingness to pursue advanced geolocation certifications.
5+ years of geolocation/SIGINT/EW targeting experience.
Current instructor certification in one or more active geolocation technologies.
Five (5) years of operational experience within the past seven (7).
