At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. • Develop Scalable Programs: Create and deliver reusable, high-impact programs, such as Hands-on Labs (HoLs) and webinars, to educate a wide customer audience on specific platform features and industry best practices.

  • Technical Feedback Loop & Innovation: Act as a key feedback loop from the field to influence future product development, working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

  • Expert Support and Triage: Efficiently triage a broad array of incoming customer inquiries, assisting the field team with demos, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to qualify potential business value for the Expansion team.
