We are looking for an Activation Lead to join our Sales team and own the entire post-sales activation journey. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from signed contract to active user, driving employee onboarding, KYC completion, field activation campaigns, and ongoing platform adoption across all corporate accounts.
As Klivvr continues to scale its corporate portfolio, this role will play a critical part in converting commercial wins into active, engaged users.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Growth Activation team
- Plan and execute corporate activation campaigns across all signed accounts in coordination with the Corporate Sales team
- Monitor daily team performance, provide real-time coaching, and resolve field challenges immediately
- Oversee on-ground KYC processes, data accuracy, and quality of activation at all corporate premises
- Convert registered but inactive employees into active users through targeted field engagement strategies
- Identify underperforming corporate accounts and implement recovery action plans
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activation performance reports to the Corporate Sales Manager
- Onboard and train new activation team members on Klivvr's products, processes, and field standards
- Maintain strong relationships with HR contacts and employee champions across all assigned corporate accounts
Escalate critical field issues to the Corporate Sales Manager with clear data and recommended solutions
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- 5–7 years in field sales, activation, or direct sales, with at least 3 years managing a large field team
- Microsoft Office proficiency, KPI tracking and daily reporting, KYC process management, data entry accuracy and field reporting tools
- Previous Experience in field activation, direct sales, or corporate account management in Fintech, Consumer Finance, Banking, or Telecom, at a supervisor or senior team leader level managing large teams
- Strong leadership and team coaching; proven ability to hit large-scale team targets consistently; excellent corporate client communication; high discipline in data accuracy and reporting; strong problem-solving under field pressure
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho), performance dashboards and analytics, digital onboarding platforms
Skills Required
