As the Activation Manager — you will plan, oversee and ensure excellence in activation and execution of marketing D2C activities based on promotional plans to drive sales through delivering consistent and impactful marketing messages that support and grow our brands and our D2C market share. You will coordinate the execution of all promotional materials across multiple direct to consumer touchpoints including website, email, and paid media – partnering with both internal and external resources to get the job done.

You will build and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To ensure success, you must be comfortable setting objectives, tracking results, and measuring promotional ROI on all marketing programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal sales team to create an activation roadmap using strategic messaging, assets, go-to-market campaigns and programs that support company initiatives and sales goals for Electrolux and Frigidaire
  • Coordinate the execution of all promotional messaging and conversion-driving messaging across Electrolux and Frigidaire email, websites, and paid media channels
  • Deliver consistent brand experiences to consumers per promotion and across promotions
  • Execute the creation of product bundles online partnering with channel managers to create a strategy to drive attachment, bundles, and suites. Ensure created bundles or suites are properly promoted, displayed, and adverted during critical stages in the consumer journey
  • Measure and evaluate ROI through sales/analytics to evaluate effectiveness of promotional marketing initiatives, including reporting out results to D2C channel monthly. Provide insight as to optimization opportunities
  • Host and participate in regular sales meetings to review plans, products, and timelines for best-in-class execution
  • Fully support the marketing needs and requirements of key product launches across brands.
  • All other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years agency marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing or E-Commerce experience preferred
  • Strong and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience and proficiency in working cross functionally across marketing, sales, and external business customers
  • Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude, and ability to get results
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing priorities and motivating cross-functional partners for support
  • Must be action orientated and responsive in a very fast paced environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Desire to work at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Must have a full knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • A high degree of organization is a must
