Earning Potential: 
  • Beginners: Start at $35,000 - $70,000+ annually (performance-based). Paid training at $20/hour for the first 60 days plus sales incentives. 
  • Experienced: Progress to $100,000 - $400,000+ annually (performance-based) as your skills grow.

QualificationsJob Requirements: 
  • Must be at least 18 years old 
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, solar sales, bartending, serving, phone sales, furniture sales, car sales, or customer service is preferred, particularly in commission-based roles. 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact comfortably with customers is vital 
  • Basic computer knowledge 

Skills Required

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, bartending, serving, phone sales, furniture sales, car sales, or customer service (preferred), particularly commission-based roles
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact comfortably with customers
  • Basic computer knowledge
