Matrix Global is seeking a Management Business Analyst (SME/BA) to lead and support our data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in database management systems, with a focus on ACTIMIZE solutions, and will be instrumental in guiding our teams in optimizing data processes and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary BA for ACTIMIZE solutions, providing expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for database management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance data management strategies and practices.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on ACTIMIZE functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor and report on database performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
