Athenix Solutions Group is searching for a professional to lead all aspects of a Program Management Office. This individual will serve as the single Point of Contact (POC) for the customer and be the focal point with the Government for all Contractor activities. The PM will represent Athenix in all matters related to the program operations to include scope, cost (finance), and schedule. The PM must ensure a management presence on-site at customer facilities in the Annapolis Junction area.
Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?:
- Providing contract program management, personnel management, subcontract management, staffing, security, financial/cost control, resources management, and quality assurance for all activities to include support performed under the contract
- Organizing, coordinating, planning, and leveraging contractor personnel
- Ensuring personnel meet or exceed the labor category specifications identified in the contract
- Preparing and delivering timely reports and data points in accordance with the Customer’s Requirements
- Monthly deliverables include invoicing, logistics, reports, briefings, and all other administrative matters related to the contract
- Supporting technical team members in delivering, maintaining, and operating the capability for an overall program
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline and 15+ years of experience managing projects
- Experience performing in a technical educational environment and leading a team creating and delivering curriculum in various media platforms
- Experience managing personnel to ensure optimal performance and to support professional growth and development
