Design, install, configure, and maintain complex data networks for defense projects. Collaborate with application teams, configure web services and DNS, document network topology and data flows, integrate physical network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), and apply network security standards and procedures.

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack software in an agile DevOps environment. Implement backend services in Python, build web UIs, integrate services and databases, validate against requirements, execute tests, deploy and provide Tier 3 support for operational systems supporting defense missions.

Lead technical design, development, integration, and sustainment of cyber range and simulation environments. Oversee network and multi-classification architectures, mentor engineers, coordinate with training and operations, support exercise execution, and brief senior stakeholders. Ensure configuration control, licensing, and interoperability with JVLC training constructs while performing after-action technical assessments.

Lead and integrate joint cyberspace planning for training, exercises, and mission rehearsals. Develop scenarios, objectives, and planning artifacts; support war games and TTXs; coordinate across agencies; assess readiness, produce AARs, brief senior leaders, and mentor junior planners.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex defense-related software systems. Work individually or on teams across DevSecOps, Linux-based environments, backend (C++, Python, Java), frontend (JavaScript, Vue.js), microservices (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (MongoDB/SQL) within Agile teams using tools like GitLab, VSCode, and Jira. TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Provide IT system administration and technical support for servers, desktops, storage, networks, and mobile devices. Configure and manage Linux systems, implement security best practices and patches, maintain hardware inventory, set up storage (NAS), perform Tier 1/2 break/fix support, and use command scripting to automate and troubleshoot tasks in support of defense clients.

Perform technical security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, recommend and oversee mitigations, support RMF/C&A and security authorization, design and integrate IA architectures and secure enclave/networking environments, and assist in risk analysis, incident handling, and security testing to ensure compliance with DoD IA policies.

Integrate hardware components and software systems for defense applications: rack-mounting, provisioning and configuring servers (OS, RAID) using Ansible, deploying virtual environments (VMware ESXi, Kubernetes), and configuring network routing, switching, traffic management, and IP space.

Lead delivery of DoD cyberspace training and force development: set training strategy, oversee curriculum and proficiency standards, mentor instructors and designers, ensure alignment with joint doctrine and DoD policy, coordinate stakeholders, manage scheduling and readiness, provide senior briefings, and support exercises and MTT events. Some CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.

Apply systems engineering across the system lifecycle for defense-focused systems: requirements development, architecture (DODAF), testing, deployment, sustainment, and operations. Work with Linux, software languages (Python, C++, Java), information management tools (SharePoint/Confluence), understand SIGINT/cyberspace workflows, dataflows (Apache Niagra Files), and present technical information to varied audiences. TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex defense-related software systems in an agile DevOps environment. Implement Python back-end services, build web UIs (Java/JavaScript/HTML), integrate messaging and databases (ActiveMQ, REST, NoSQL/Elasticsearch), perform testing/validation, CI/CD deployment, maintenance, and Tier 3 operational support while using Atlassian tools and Linux.

Develop, maintain, and test full-stack Java-based software (new features and enhancements), provide Tier III support and debugging, implement service-oriented and microservice solutions, integrate and test systems, and collaborate in an Agile team to track issues and produce documentation.

Design and integrate complex computing systems for defense: perform hardware architecture, system and network integration (Cisco, servers, storage, GPS/timing), create ACAD/Visio drawings, BOMs, rack elevations, cabling plans, QA procurement, and manage vendor specifications and documentation. TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex defense-related software systems individually and in teams. Work across DevSecOps, Linux-based development, backend services, web UIs, microservices, containerization, and databases within an Agile environment.

Apply systems engineering fundamentals to design, develop, test, deploy, operate, sustain, and disposition defense systems. Work spans requirements development/management, Linux administration, software development (Python/C++/Java), system architecture (DODAF), information management (SharePoint/Confluence), dataflow tools (Apache Niagra Files), and communicating complex technical topics to technical teams and senior leadership.
