Purpose of Role/Summary:
As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving user growth, lead generation, and client acquisition through paid media channels. You will own the execution, optimization, and scaling of performance-driven campaigns with a clear focus on efficiency, volume, and quality of acquired users. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and performance-driven. You will work closely with Digital Marketing leadership, creatives, compliance, product, and CRM teams to ensure acquisition efforts are scalable, compliant, and continuously optimised.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across most platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X/Twitter, programmatic and other relevant performance channels
- Own full-funnel acquisition activities, from traffic generation to lead conversion and funded accounts
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting strategies, and channel mix to achieve acquisition targets
- Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining cost and quality benchmarks
- Ensure all acquisition activity complies with regulatory, compliance, and brand requirements specific to the FX industry
- Monitor daily performance across acquisition KPIs (CPL, CPA, FTDs, ROAS, CVR)
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data, user behavior, and funnel insights
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, formats, landing pages, and offers
- Identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks across channels and funnels
- Proactively propose improvements to increase volume, quality, and profitability of acquired users
- Ensure correct tracking setup across acquisition funnels (UTMs, pixels, events, app installs, postbacks)
- Work closely with CRM and analytics teams to align traffic quality with lead and client outcomes
- Validate attribution logic and performance reporting across platforms
- Analyze acquisition performance beyond clicks, focusing on lead quality, activation, and revenue contribution
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to brief, test, and iterate on acquisition-focused creatives
- Provide data-driven feedback on creative performance and messaging effectiveness
- Align acquisition campaigns with landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle messaging
- Any other duties required by the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or acquisition-focused media buying
- Proven experience generating leads and clients through paid media
- Prior experience in FX, CFDs, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of major ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large performance datasets
- Solid understanding of acquisition metrics
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
