About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Acquisition Manager - GRA Sales to drive customer acquisition and business growth within the Government Relationship Accounts segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire Government Relationship Accounts and salary account relationships.
• Drive CASA acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, educational institutions and other government-linked organizations.
• Cross-sell banking products and services.
• Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 0-1 year experience in Sales, Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
