- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to consistently achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and acquisition progress in CRM systems.
- Represent Snoonu professionally and act as a trusted partner to merchants throughout the onboarding journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or technology industries.
- Valid GCC/International/Omani driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
