Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst III to support the CPE Ground Soldier Systems. The candidate will support the development of DOD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DOD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
- Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command, and provides contract oversight for assigned projects
- Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents to include Milestone related documentation
- Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination
- Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
- Lead and provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in DOD acquisition experience
- Knowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02
- Defense Acquisition System
- JCIDS

- Prior experience supporting US Army product management office
