What's exciting about the role 

The ACQ & ELV Chargeback Analyst is managing the failed direct debits in order to ensure the operational flow for the company’s commercial activity. 

• Perform checks between the recovered amounts and the amounts to be recovered, and process returns/apply debits where required. 

• Provide support to the end-users and the partners in the failed direct debit process. 

• Intermediate communication between the partners and the collection agencies. 

• Collaborate internally with our teams from Germany to assure quality support for our partners. 

• Assure the good functionality of the process. 

Skills and Experience we desire 

• Higher education finalized. 

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an operational area. 

• Basic understanding of German payments market, with a focus on ELV. 

• Strong PC skills in Windows environment and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Advanced knowledge of English & German language. 
• Organized person with good attention to details and analytical skills. 
• Proactive approach and a genuine interest in continuously developing expertise.
