Assurer l’approvisionnement de l’hôtel en biens et services (alimentaires, techniques, équipements) au meilleur rapport qualité/prix, dans le respect des standards hôteliers.
Responsabilités :
Sélectionner et négocier avec les fournisseurs
Passer et suivre les commandes
Contrôler la qualité, les délais et les coûts
Gérer les stocks et éviter les ruptures
Respecter les procédures internes et le budget
Qualifications
Profil requis :
Formation en gestion, achats ou hôtellerie
Expérience en achats hôteliers souhaitée
Bonne capacité de négociation
Maîtrise du français (anglais apprécié)
