- Bonne connaissance de SAP et du package Microsoft
- Capacité à documenter, planifier, promouvoir et exécuter des programmes.
- Notions de lecture de dessins techniques et de processus de fabrication.
- Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie et négociation avec des fournisseurs internationaux (spécifiquement les pièces moulées, l'isolation et les composantes électriques)
- Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
- Manage claims.
- Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures.
- Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
- Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sourcing
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Package.
- Availability to travel within Canada to visit suppliers.
- Notions of how to read technical drawings and manufacturing process.
- Experience with energy business and negotiation with international suppliers – specifically Castings, Insulation and electrical components.
