First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented ACH Specialist I to join our EOS-ACH team.
Compensation:
The pay range for the role is $17.00 - $21.00/hr; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM (hours may vary)
ResponsibilitiesThe ACH Specialist I processes routine to moderately complex ACH transactions and accounting entries, and researches and/or processes exception items and balances or analyzes bank records for accuracy. In this role, you will provide customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments and other Financial Institutions.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma required
- Associate degree or higher in business administration preferred
- 1 year of experience in banking, accounting, or related field
- Ability to work in team environment
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
