Our team of hundreds of skilled experts keep Formula 1 moving. We’re on the lookout for an Accreditation Administrator. Reporting day to day to the Head of Accreditation, the main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the Accreditation department and to ensure each F1 Grand Prix is correctly accredited.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organising all aspects of accreditation & Paddock Club tickets within a busy and fast paced department using accreditation management system and dedicated printers.
  • Check printed passes for correct quantities, names and photos, access rights.
  • Assemble lanyards and pack ready for shipment upon approval.
  • Support in monitoring all Accreditation mailboxes.
  • Ensure D365 information is up to date for each profile.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of all current stock along with accreditation used per event.
  • Supporting with purchase orders.
  • Arranging freight documents, freight packing and unloading.
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries, outgoing DHL shipments and maintaining accreditation office and storage area

About You:

  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Great administrative skills with a solid working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • To be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities
  • Flexibility to resolve issues out of hours
  • Ability to work well under pressure and keep to very tight deadlines
  • Ability to listen and learn when given direction
  • Great team player and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to show appropriate discretion with sensitive information
  • First rate customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • To have a flexible work ethic
