This role provides essential accounting and administrative support to ensure the financial integrity and operational efficiency of poultry and egg production farm operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing daily transactions, and supporting critical financial processes such as payroll, invoicing, and reporting. By ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contributing to timely audits, this position plays a vital role in sustaining the financial health of farm operations. Responsibilities: 
- Record daily farm transactions related to poultry and egg production. 
- Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash disbursements with accuracy and timeliness. 
- Assist in the preparation of payroll for farm staff, ensuring compliance with regulations. 
- Support the monthly financial reporting cycle and internal/external audit processes. 
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records. 
- Collaborate with the Accounts Officer and farm management to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
