We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on, all-round role combining Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and elements of European payroll.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations while leading and supporting a small team. This position suits someone who is confident working independently, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is comfortable using data, Excel, and emerging tools such as AI to improve processes and reporting.
Minimum qualifications:
Proven 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, with responsibility for managing and developing a team
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Solid experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation)
Strong numerical and analytical ability, with attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide team members effectively
Experience in payroll (Ireland and/or UK) is advantageous but not essential
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
