  • Harris Computer needs an Executive Account Receivable (AR) who will collaborate closely with other AR staff to assist in the accounts receivable function for the division. As an Executive Account Receivable, you will be joining the healthcare group and working with a dedicated overseas team and business unit stakeholders focused on continual improvement. We are seeking an individual who is resourceful, curious, self-motivated, a self-starter, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to manage high work volumes accurately, particularly during peak periods. What your impact will be:
  • Tier 1 AR Support: You will provide primary accounts receivable support to the business units within the Harris HealthCare portfolio. This involves handling day-to-day AR activities such as billing, invoicing, and resolving customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
  • Process Improvement: Your role will involve bridging AR gaps by effectively utilizing tools and processes. This suggests a focus on optimizing existing AR procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the business units and the overseas AR team. This requires strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication and ensure alignment between local operations and global support functions.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively engage with the global AR team to address invoicing issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs). This involves troubleshooting and resolving disputes promptly to maintain smooth operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business unit stakeholders, particularly clientfacing teams, to ensure timely resolution of invoicing disputes. This collaboration is crucial for maintaining positive client relationships and operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Support business units in managing change processes related to service additions or removals that impact invoicing. Providing accurate counts and updates on these changes will be essential to maintaining billing accuracy.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of AR projects and accounts assigned by the global team. This could involve managing specific initiatives aimed at improving AR processes or addressing specific challenges within the portfolio.
  • Great Plains Expertise: Serve as a Great Plains champion for the business unit. This role entails being a central point of contact for inquiries related to the system, demonstrating deep knowledge and proficiency in its use. • Weekly/monthly reports: Prepare and maintain various reports for the business unit.
