Accounts Receivable Trainee

Your future team

As an Accounts Receivable Trainee, you will be part of the team of 7 people AR team responsible for payment allocation and reporting. You will also collaborate with colleagues with other AR teams responsible for dunning and credit risk management.

What you will be doing

• Handling unmatched payments vs open invoices

• Claim credit notes issuance

• Dunning, collection, open item and overdue management

• Processing bonus, deductions and refunds

• Supporting other team members

• Complying with internal policies, SLA and external legislation

• Participating in month-end closing related activities

What you bring

• Availability to work around 25 hours a week between 7am and 5pm

• Ongoing university studies preferably in Banking, Business or Economics.

• Advanced level of English

• Additional language is an asset

• User-level of MS Excel

• Possess analytical skills

• Team player willing to cooperate and learn
