Job Summary
Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ office for our East Region. This role is responsible for posting cash receipts, reconciling daily bank activity, resolving payment discrepancies and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Day to Day
- Verify and post cash receipts to customer accounts (Credit Card, ACH, Wires, Cash, & Check)
- Review daily bank report to identify/reconcile credit card payments, ach or incoming wires and returned checks/chargebacks
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Apply COD payments to daily invoices
- Remote deposit AR checks in CashPro to the corresponding bank account
- Reconcile daily cash applications with bank activity at the end of day
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

- $51,198 - $65,111 annually
