應收帳款專員 Accounts Receivable Specialist

1. 營收與應收帳款管理：

• 統籌應收帳款（AR）帳務處理，監督帳齡狀況並協助追蹤催收進度。

• 負責各通路收入與結帳核對作業，確保銷項帳務與稅務申報之合規性。

2. 資金管理與分析

• 負責營運資金預估及相關 KPI 之編製與分析。

• 管理日常資金調度作業、現金報表製作及銀行往來事務。

3. 溝通與帳務協調

• 擔任總部財務溝通窗口，負責跨國對帳與英文財務報告之撰寫。
• 協調關係人交易之對帳與分錄處理，確保符合集團財務政策。

4. 總帳與結帳流程

• 執行月結、季結及年結相關帳務程序，確保財務報告之準確性與時效性。
• 負責科目對帳、餘額確認及相關內部控制之執行。

5. 其他行政與指派任務

• 負責出納作業、相關憑證審核及文件檔案維護。
• 支援財務流程優化專案，及完成主管指派之其他專案任務。
