The Accounts Receivable Specialist completes the day-to-day field collections process. This includes Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) uploads/entry, customer statement releases, overdue invoice calls, account credit payout recommendation and oversight on changes to the underlying accounting system (AX).
Pay: $55,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Support Company Vision and Culture
- Oversee Customer Accounts
- EDI Customer Invoice Entry and Maintenance
- Mediate Collection Communications
- Progress Current Accounts Receivable Processes
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and business acumen, including the responsibility to maintain confidentiality of external customer information
- Certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
