The Job:

  • Process transactions across various accounts receivable functions including: sales order review and approval, AR tickets, tax exemption processing, credit checks, and invoicing. 
  • Execute debt collection processes, including researching, reconciling, and resolving account discrepancies within your collection portfolio 
  • Analysis & reporting of accounts receivable data
  • Provide support for internal and external projects
  • Participate in the evaluation of current policies & implementation of process improvements
  • Perform effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and productivity, contributing as needed in a team environment
  • Collaborate across teams to assist with our finance operations, and develop positive working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders, maintaining a focus on problem-solving

You:

  • Are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
  • Have 2+ years of work/bookkeeping experience or a degree in the areas of Economics, Finance, or Accounting 
  • Are familiar with, and proficient in using financial management software & excel 
  • Are excited to find creative solutions to complex problems
  • Are excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Have high level of accuracy and efficiency

Bonus:

  • Passionate about 3D printing and the tech industry
  • Experience at a rapidly growing startup
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Magento, and/or Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
