We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with AR experience who enjoys a mix of customer communication, account research, collections, problem-solving, and accounting support.

At Classic Rock Fabrication, you'll play an important role in helping the company maintain healthy cash flow while partnering with teams across Operations, Installation, Customer Service, and Management to resolve issues and keep projects moving.

• Manage customer accounts, invoices, payments, credits, and collections activities.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer billing, contact, and account information in our ERP system.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment questions.
• Communicate with customers regarding balances, payment commitments, and account resolutions.
• Follow up on overdue accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Research and resolve issues that may be delaying payment.
• Support month-end accounting activities and assist with financial reporting processes.
• Cross-train in purchasing and other accounting functions to provide backup support when needed.

This is more than a traditional AR position. While Accounts Receivable is the primary focus, you'll have the opportunity to expand your accounting knowledge through cross-training in purchasing and other finance functions. • 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with collections, payment application, account reconciliations, and customer account maintenance.
• Strong Excel and accounting software/ERP system skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Someone who enjoys learning new processes and becoming a valuable resource across the Finance team.
