Account Receivable Specialist

Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay Range: $25-30Hr.
Performs a variety of routine and some non routine clerical/accounting/customer service functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and/or collections. Contacts other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve problems and resolve open issues. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent.
Education/Work Experience:
Typically requires a secondary diploma, or equivalent, plus one to three years of experience.
Independence Level/Reports to:
Works under minimal supervision. May assist in orienting and training lower-level employees.

Skills Required
- Secondary diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of relevant accounting/clerical experience
- Experience with accounts receivable, credit, collections, or general accounting functions
- Ability to operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages
