The AR Specialist supports the Accounts Receivable team with foundational tasks at BlueGrace Logistics. This entry-level role focuses on basic payment posting tasks, entry-level training, and participating as a rotational team member to build a well-rounded understanding of AR operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform basic payment posting tasks across approved payment channels under direct supervision.
- Support the AR team with foundational administrative and operational tasks as directed.
- Participate in entry-level training and team rotational assignments to develop AR knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to documented processes, controls, and operational timelines.
- Assist team members with routine tasks and data entry as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field; recent graduates welcome.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow documented procedures and work effectively within a team environment.
