Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices in a high-volume, multi-currency and multi-entity environment
• Maintain a strong relationship with sales team to ensure all orders adhere to the company Booking Policy
• Ensure all customer invoices are properly coded for internal reporting purposes including revenue recognition, retention rates and renewal pool calculations
• Responsible for ensuring accurate calculations for sales tax requirements
• Create and maintain accurate customer records
• Prepare A/R reports to evaluate credit for customers
• Prepare daily cash deposit and payment applications
• Reconcile bank statements
• Respond to internal and external invoicing inquiries
• Manage customer online portals for purchase order and invoice submission
• Collections on overdue balances from customers
• Perform month and year end close responsibilities
• Ad hoc reports and projects as needed

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
• Must have strong communication skills
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
• Microsoft excel skills a plus
