Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Job Responsibilities
- Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse.
- Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks
- Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis
- Assist with filing at the dealership two days a week
Schedule: This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday.
Day shift schedule; no weekends. 3 days per week will be spent in our warehouse, and the other 2 in our dealership.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Prior Accounts Receivable or dealership accounting experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- CDK software and Excel experience preferred
Corporate Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.
