Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for managing invoicing corrections, processing payments, providing customer support to ensure accurate accounts receivables and timely resolution of account issues

Job Goal:

Support the company’s financial health by accurately processing invoice adjustments, correcting billing discrepancies, and delivering responsive customer service to ensure timely payment and a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Review, research, and correct invoices that may have been incorrectly billed
  • Process price adjustments and other invoice corrections
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and account activity
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Monitor shared inbox and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and post credit card payments accurately and timely
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office, administrative, customer service, or related work experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to think critically and solve routine problems independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills with the ability to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
