We’re seeking an experienced, customer service focused Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team!
Essential Functions:
- Daily preparation of medical billing
- Claim follow up to ensure proper processing of bills
- Posting payments to A/R ledger
- Responding to patient questions and resolving issues

Qualifications/Experience:
- Two years of billing/AR collection experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of medical coding
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and kindly with
- Ability to respond to telephone and on-site increase from patients in a courteous, timely, and informative manner
