Mission Statement:

Lead a functional work team within Accounts Receivable (AR) in CSS Finance focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures. Work closely with AR Global Process Owner project team, working together on AR Process Excellence, Quality and Efficiency improvement and standard.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Accounts Receivable Team

  • People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counselling and coaching as needed 

  • Oversee a portion of the month end close process for the Accounts Receivable area

Dimensions:

  • Direct: > 8

  • Indirect: > 20

  • Functional: >2

Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent gained thru working experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Payable and at least 2 years in Leadership position.

  • Thorough understanding of internal controls and accounts payable process

  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and external partners (composure, conflict management, customer focus, negotiating)

  • Ability to lead and inspire the team toward higher level of performance

  • Working experience in BPO/ CSS environment

  • Advanced SAP skills

  • Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
