Your Role: Account Receivable
What You'll Be Doing:
- Educating, verifying, coordinating, and documenting with internal and external parties.
- Creating, submitting, and verifying invoices and VAT slips.
- Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable and WHT 23.
- Reporting cash inflows, aged receivables, and supporting monthly closing every first month (including public holidays)
- Verify Cash in from bank then Reconcile with Invoice
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of accounting systems, familiarity with Xero is a plus
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
