The Accounts Receivable & Credit Analyst manages customer billing, ensures timely payments, resolves disputes, and maintains credit history files. Duties include month-end reporting and collaboration with business units to ensure accurate billing.

1. Maintains customer billing records in ERP system.
2. Issues invoices to customers. Posts cash received to customer accounts
3. Ensures timely payments by contacting customers and collecting outstanding balances
4. Research account disputes and billing discrepancies, ensure proper accounting entries for
all billing and receipts.
5. Partners with Business Units to ensure all orders are properly billed in a timely manner
6. Downloads daily all ACH’s, Wires, and lockbox payments
7. Manages and audits approved CMR’s for proper documentation, creates and issues
customer credits and rebills as required. Also maintains the data for the monthly CMR
tracking.
8. Creates and maintains credit history files. Identifies risk of bad debt or financial exposure
9. Maintains and distributes daily sales tracking file
10. Accounts Receivable month end reporting
11. Assists other Accounting department personnel as required
12. May require overtime and/or weekend work.
13. Adherence to all PCI policies, procedures, rules.
14. Updates and presents applicable metrics reports.
15. Performs month-end reporting and Balance Sheet reconciliations for related accounts.
16. Participates in all regular and required department meetings.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
- Basic Mathematical Skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has
knowledge of various computer programs.
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on
all levels pertinent to professional needs.

High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete
variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a
variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.

- Relevant Accounting experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain.
- Experience with accounting software JDE or similar ERP platform.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, work independently and with minimal
direction.
