WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As an Accounts Receivable Associate you will play a crucial role in the Finance Ops team, which keeps great attention to detail in order to meet customers needs. In this role, you will:
- Support our Finance Ops Team making sure all AR policies are followed
- Be responsible for invoicing customers and responding to billing related requests
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available
- Be working on financial reports and double-checking data provided
- Make invoice corrections, analyse data and monitor client’s invoice requests
- Analyse data and prepare financial reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Experience in a similar position would be nice to have
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Curiosity about numbers combined with a drive for making reports
- Analytical mind as well as a sharp eye for details
- Fluent Polish and good knowledge of English
- Meticulous and conscientious personality
- Ability to multitask
