Accounts Receivable Specialist- Deductions

We are looking for a skilled Deductions Specialist to join our team in Anoka, MN. As a Deductions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless management of deductions and credits within our organization. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Research and inform customers on the validity of customer deductions and credits.
• Provide needed information for processing denied deductions to be paid back.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement deduction resolution strategies.
• Work against deadlines to ensure timely resolution of deductions within your assigned portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all deduction activities.
• Identify trends and patterns in deductions to proactively address and minimize future occurrences.

YOU HAVE:

• Experience in deduction management or related Finance role.
• Thorough with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Skilled in using MS Office; advanced skills in Excel preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
