We're seeking an Accounts Receivable & Escrow Specialist to join our Richmond office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. Whether you're early in your career or looking to expand your accounting, finance, banking, or real estate experience, you'll be exposed to a unique combination of accounts receivable, escrow operations, and commercial real estate transactions.

Location: Richmond, VA | Full-Time | Onsite Monday-Friday

What You'll Do
  • Processing and posting accounts receivable payments

  • Preparing and sending account statements

  • Managing daily deposits and reconciling discrepancies

  • Building relationships with agents and assisting with payment-related inquiries

  • Approving examiner invoices and coordinating payment processing

  • Maintaining cash receipt and financial reporting records

  • Opening and managing interest-bearing accounts

  • Assisting with month-end reconciliations and account corrections

  • Preparing commercial settlement statements

  • Supporting commercial escrow closings and transaction disbursements

  • Coordinating wire transfers and check processing

  • Maintaining accurate transaction records and documentation

  • Supporting special projects and process improvements as needed

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$20.00 - $22.00 an hour.
