This role will be remote in the Philippines. We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage the daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. Perform month-end reconciliations, calculate KPIs, do period over period flux analysis and assist with process automation and execution of internal controls. This role will report to the AR Manager.
You are a good fit if you have experience:
- Creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing
- Applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
- Collecting invoices ranging in dollar value
- Troubleshooting and resolving payment issues with customers
- Working in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)
- Invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)
You'll have an edge if you have experience:
- Working with Happyfox, Slack, and Notion
- Performing account and billing address/contact updates within Salesforce
- Working with bankruptcy filings
- Performing an Accounts Receivable Reserve Analysis
- Interview with Talent Acquisition Partner
- Interview with Hiring Manager
